Sneed, Yvonne M, 88, passed away on September 28, 2018. She moved to Valrico, FL from Amherst, OH in 1980. She was a dedicated homemaker, Mom, and Nana. Yvonne had a passion for needlework and was a perfectionist when it came to crocheting, quilting and cross-stitch; she was known for saying, "I'm not perfect-but I want my work to be." She loved gardening and outdoor flowers. Yvonne recently became an avid Tampa Bay Lightning fan and in her excitement for the game would often say, "Skate hard boys, this is hockey, not figure skating." She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd. Yvonne is survived by her loving family, daughter, Mary Ann (Marty) Stone; son, Bob Sneed; grandchildren, Andrea (Craig) Stone Meglii, and Janet Y Stone; great-grandchildren, Austin (Ronny) Stone, and Erick Meglii; sister, Nancy (Bill) Troxtell of Amherst, OH; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior.
