PALMER, Yvonne Gaye, 77, of Tampa, Florida, passed away at her home in February 2026. Born on February 11, 1949, in Hamilton, Ohio, Yvonne was the beloved daughter of Donald and Julia Finkbine.

A proud 1967 graduate of Talawanda High School in Oxford, Ohio, and a 1968 graduate of Miller-Draughon Business College in Cincinnati, Yvonne built a successful real estate career that spanned more than 35 years. She dedicated herself to helping others find not just houses, but homes, serving families throughout South Florida and Tampa with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.

Yvonne will be remembered for her strong work ethic and her generous heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald and Julia Finkbine, and her sisters, Sandra Douglass and Donna Sullenberger. She is survived by her brother, Gerald Finkbine of Hamilton, Ohio, along with many nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of Yvonne's life will be held in Oxford, Ohio, at a later date.
