Wynona "Wynn" Pearl Patton Brienen, 85, of Brandon, FL, passed away at home on Sunday, June 16th, 2024. Wynn was a fifth generation Floridian born in Auburndale.

Wynona was a member of Bell Shoals Church for 55 years and was active in the Morning Glories widows' ministry until her health failed. In the past, she had been active in the choir and taught Sunday School. Wynn enjoyed her career and did not retire until the age of 78. Her last position was office manager for Custom Craft Homes. She enjoyed reading, watching auto racing, and spending time with her family.

Wynn was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Brienen.

She is survived by her daughter, Michele Coker (husband Ron) and son Steven Brienen; sisters Bessie Sikes and Mary Singletary (husband Bryan), brother Barney Patton; five grandchildren, Austin Brock and Lori Fuchs, Maggie Hauck (husband Brett), Luke Coker, and Jesse Coker; and four great grandchildren, Courtney Fuchs, Aiden Fuchs, Beau Hauck, and Cal Hauck.

A celebration of her life and Homecoming will be held at 3:30 PM on Thursday, June 27th, 2024 at Serenity Meadows, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33569. The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until service time.

There will be a reception immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bell Shoals Church, noted for "Missions", at 2102 Bell Shoals Road, Brandon, FL 33511.
