Life of Wilmer ( Bill ) F. Sirine, II

Born July 21, 1940 in Hartford, Conn. Bill is survived by a son, William Paul and his wife Zulema , two grandchildren Misty Sirine & Sharon Hodgkins and three great grandchildren , Avaleigh Hodgkins , Joseph Hodgkins and Emerson Hodgkins in addition to extended families in Virginia, California and Texas 6 He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Brandon, FL

He lived in Hadley Mass, Norfolk, Virginia, Virginia Beach, Virginia, Hampton, Virginia and Valrico, Florida Bill married Bettie Neely in 1994 who predeceased him in Feb 2011 He formed the Surveying & Mapping firm of Rouse-Sirine & Associates, LTD in 1972 and retired from the firm in 2016 Bill was a past president of the Virginia Association of Surveyors In 1992 he was appointed by the governor to the Virginia professional licensing board for Architects, Engineers & Land Surveyors (Apelscidla) and served until 2002 at the request & pleasure of 4 governors Bill enjoyed Sailing, RVing & classic British car collecting
