Orrall, William Peter "Mr. Bill", 78, was a patriotic American who loved his country and family passed peacefully January 11, 2010 at Brandon Regional Hospital in Brandon, FL. There will be a gathering on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, followed by a Masonic Service at 2:30 pm. Mr. Bill is survived by his children, Dianna Thibeault of Riverview, FL and Barry Burns and wife Linda of Maine and Florida; his four grandchildren, Dawn and husband Derek Easterling, Todd and wife Diane Burns, Melanie and husband Rick Anair and Trio Crossman; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and great nephews. Bill was born in Boston, in 1931. He was happily married to the late Geneva (Jeanne) Wilson Orrall of Maine. He is also preceded in death by his sister, Marie Mondor. A Florida resident since 1991, he enjoyed the love of his children and family as well as crossword puzzles, all sports and hanging out with his friends at Beef O'Brady's. Mr. Bill was a proud military veteran who traveled extensively and retired as a United States Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer after 28 years of service to his country. After retirement, he remained active with the Fleet Reserve Association. He was a Master Mason (United No. 8 F&AM, Brunswick, Maine), 32 Scottish Rite Mason (Valley of Portland, Maine) and a Shriner (Kora Temple, Lewiston, Maine).
