Gill, Joe, 39, of Tampa entered into rest January 24, 2013. Joe co-owned Decorative Curbing by Design with his wife Debbie. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sandra. Survivors include his wife, Debbie; daughter, Elizabeth; father Joseph (Gloria); sister Melissa; niece, Breanna; beloved dogs Buster and Tigger; and a large extended family. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Friday February 1, 2013 in Limona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses
