GERO, William, 89 of Brandon, FL peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on September 27, 2007.

Mr. Gero was born September 13, 1918 in Oxford, NJ to
the late Nicholas and Elizabeth (Baski) Gero.

He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was
a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 103, Washington, NJ, and enjoyed his memberships in the Elks Lodge and Moose Lodge.
For 32 years he owned and operated Gero's Plumbing and Heating in Washington, NJ.
He was an avid fisherman and hunter.

He was preceded in death in 1981 by his wife of 40 years,
Dora Gero and in 2006 by his daughter, Rebecca Youtz.

He is survived by his loving family,
daughters, Ara (Paul) Coban,
Deborah Devoe,
sister, Elizabeth Sillet,13 grandchildren,
20 great-grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren.
