William J. Droll, Bill, of Brandon, FL, passed away on May 2, 2022 at the age of 73. He was born October 8, 1948 in Seattle, WA.

He is survived by his daughter Melanie Southworth, her husband Chase, and granddaughters Madeline  and Moira; sisters Janet Hearne and husband Dennis and Laurie Daley and husband Paul. Bill had five nieces and nephews; William Nichols of Littleton, CO, Patrick Hearne of Spring, TX, David Nichols of Plainfield, IL, Meagan Hearne of Shelbyville, IN and Finn Daley of Portland,OR.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Billy Joe and Ella Jean Droll and his sister Susan Nichols.

Bill served his country in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. After serving in the Air Force, he spent his career in the petroleum industry, retiring in 2014 as a trainer. Bill's activities included walking, fishing, spending time in nature, listening to music, reading, and traveling but most of all, he enjoyed being around his family and friends.

Bill was very loved and will be greatly missed.
