William Ramon Carrion, surrounded by his family, went peacefully to be present with the Lord, on October 1, 2019.

He was born to Rosa and Bernardo Carrion on November 14, 1928 in New York City, New York.  On December 16, 1950 he was betrothed to Elsie Cuevas and remained married for 67 years until Elsie's death in 2018.

William R. Carrion, to those who knew him well, was a hardworking, generous and well-groomed man. He was a dedicated husband, and a devoted, affectionate father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He dedicated his life to the Lord Jesus Christ in 1975 and was a willing servant of the Lord and the Church, always available to serve whenever and wherever his help was needed.

William is survived by his son and his wife Steven and Iraida, his daughter Lydia, his grandchildren Cristina and James, and great grandchildren Allison and Nolan and many family members and friends whom he truly loved.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, October 11, 2019 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home with burial to follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to services, from 12:00-1:00pm at the funeral home
