William H. "Bill" & "Papa" Burchell 62 of Ruskin, Florida passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 at home.  He was Catholic by faith and a General Foreman in the steel industry.  Family was the most important thing in his life.  He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed woodworking, boating, fishing, and hunting.  Survivors include his wife Theresa of 37 years; daughter Jessica Oliver; sons Nicholas Burchell, and Shannon Beasley; brothers W. Timothy Burchell, and Mark Burchell; three grandchildren Reese Oliver, Rylan Oliver, and Eli Burchell.  He is predeceased by his parents Cecil and Marion E. Burchell, and siblings Pamela Burchell, and William H. Burchell, III.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00AM, Saturday, January 27, 2018 in the Chapel of Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
