Wilberto Feliciano 87 of Puerto Rico, and Seffner, Florida passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at home. He was Christian by faith, and served honorably with the 65 th Infantry in the Korean War & Stationed in Okinawa during the Vietnam War. He was a military retiree after having served in the Army Aircorps (3 yrs) & Air Force Military Police (17 yrs) and Rutgers University, New Jersey (10 yrs) Maintenance/Warehouse Supply Mgr. National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal with 2 bronze stars, United Nations Service Medal, Combat infantry badge, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Award with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters, National Defense Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, Armed Forces Service Medal SOG-12 Headquarter 8 Air Force.
Survivors include his children, Elba Iris (Victor) Lopez, Juan Feliciano, Abigail (David) Acevedo, and Raymond (Ana M.), and his brothers and sisters Irma Feliciano, Bienvenida Feliciano-Lugo, Blanca Feliciano-Gonzalez, Gladys Feliciano-Velazquez, Guillermo Feliciano, Samuel Feliciano, and grandchildren Dahlia (Timothy) Craine, Vanessa L Feliciano, Daniel Lopez, Alexandra Rae Feliciano, Nicholas (Cassandra) Acevedo, Joshua Raymond Feliciano, and great-grandchildren: (daughters of Dahlia (Timothy) Craine) Olivia Abigail Craine, Isabella Victoria Craine, and (sons of Nicholas (Cassandra) Acevedo) Jonah and Ezra Acevedo.At the time of his death, Mr. Feliciano was married to Ofelia Beauchamp Quinones; included in his family are his stepson Ricardo Reyes (daughters Amy and Jianna), stepdaughters Marla (Mark) Ervin (son Sebastian), Tania (Alexis) Reyes (children Nicolas and Mia).He was predeceased by his first wife Hilda Teresa Rosa Feliciano of 57 years.
The family will receive guests for visitation Friday, March 23, 2018 from 1100 am to 1pm with funeral services beginning at 1pm. The burial will follow to Serenity Meadows Memorial Park with full military honors.
