Mitchell, Wesley "Weslley", 62, passed away on July 1, 2017. Weslley moved to the Tampa area from Jamaica in 2016. He was a kind, gentle, and honest man, who will be dearly missed by his family. Weslley is survived by his children, Racquel Mitchell, Kamilah (Telford) Bernard, Gervan Mitchell, and Dane Whyte; his siblings, Joseph Mitchell, Beres Mitchell, and Pamela Mitchell; his grandchildren, Samuel, and Amelia; "mom" Judith Moore; great uncle, Cleveland Smith; aunt, Adassa Smith; cousin, Pauline Fleming; and niece, Suzette Mitchell. There will be a visitation on Friday, July 21, 2017 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 pm.
