Meldrum, Wendy K., 60, of Valrico, Fla., passed away July 10, 2012. Wendy was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Born and raised in Lorain, OH., she was the third child born among 7 siblings. She also resided in the Brandon, FL. area dating from the early 80's until her passing. Wendy worked for Brandon Regional Hospital/HCA for almost 30 years and was a dedicated employee who worked up until the day of her hospitalization. Wendy's greatest enjoyment in life was her family, especially her grandchildren, who she adored tremendously. She enjoyed playing Bingo, family trips to the beach and had a true love for music. Preceded in death by her father, Michael, her mother, Lois, her loving husband, Brian Meldrum she is survived by her sons, Brian (Roxanne), Ron (Amy), Tim (Tiffany) and daughter Michelle Bass (Kevin). She is also survived by her grandchildren, her greatest joy, Anna, Brian, Merrick, Morgan, Tyler, Brianna, Brett and Kayleigh. A celebration of life will take place at 10 a.m. July 14 at Holy Innocents' Episcopal Church, Valrico, Fla.
