Smith, Walter Craig., 63, Wimauma, passed away on November 15, 2017. Craig was active in the community: he was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gibsonton, a volunteer with H.E.L.P. Ministries, and often volunteered his time to help maintain Hackney Cemetery. He also enjoyed spending time at the beach and going fishing. Craig is survived by his wife of 44 years, Myra Smith; daughters, Melinda (Ted) Fleming and Ashley (Eric) Leigh; and grandchildren, Teddy Fleming, Kara Fleming, and Brynn Leigh. There will be a funeral service on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Gibsonton, 9912 Indiana St, Gibsonton, 33534, with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Gibsonton.
