Virginia Council Bailey, 94, of Riverview, passed away on January 10, 2017. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon. Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond L. Bailey; and son, Ronald R. Caroway. She is survived by her loving family, children, Donald L (Carol) Caroway, Frank Caroway, Donna (Tom) Demmo, and Judith (Michael) Rogers; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial service on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Brandon.
