Kennedy Jr., Vincent Allen, 42, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on April 18, 2013 in the arms of his loving family. He was born on April 29, 1970 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Vincent Allen Kennedy Sr. and Margaret (Gorman) Kennedy. Vincent leaves to cherish his memory his best friend and wife of 16 years Mary Kathryn (Beadle) Kennedy. Vincent grew up in the Philadelphia area, and was a graduate of La Salle College High School and Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a degree in Accounting. He had a successful career as a Financial Controller, but his true passion was his family and his dedication to serving others. Vincent supported the American Cancer Society through his work with Relay For Life of FishHawk, where he served as both the Accounting Chair and as a Honorary Survivor Chair. A natural athlete, Vincent loved playing ice hockey as the Captain of the Stingers team at the Ice Sports Forum in Brandon, FL and softball with his beloved Bridgeview team and dear friends at FishHawk Softball. While loving local sports, Vincent enjoyed cheering for the Tampa Bay Rays, the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the Philadelphia Eagles. Vincent will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend. Along with his wife and mother, Vincent is survived by his son; Patrick Allen Kennedy, daughter; Sarah Grace Kennedy, sister; Kathleen Wilkins, her husband Michael and their children Jackson, Colin and Isabelle, brother-in-laws; Charles Beadle, Jonathan Beadle and his family Heather, Julian and Layla, in-laws Gordon and Susan Beadle, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday April 23, 2013 at 11am at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Valrico, Fl. The family will receive guests on Monday April 22, 2013 from 5-8pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
