Vera Mae Brown, 76, of Thonotosassa, passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2011. Born in Panama City, FL., Mrs. Brown had been a long time local resident. She enjoyed her family and the "Life Time Network." Survivors include her children, Earl Brandhurst, Jr., Alice Brandhurst, Henry Brandhurst, George Brandhurst, Jackie Lee Brandhurst, Linda Brandhurst, brothers; Merle Holt, Jack Holt, sisters, Janet Lawson, Joyce Biggs, Maryjane Davis. Also surviving are her grandchildren; Earl, Brandhurst, III, Andrew Brandhurst, Natasha Young, Brandi Young, Joey Brandhurst and her great-grandson; Noah Brandhurst. She was preceded in death by brothers; Austin Holt, John Holt and granddaughter; Mandy Brandhurst. Services will be private.
