Obituary

Ursula Gudrun Faber, a beautiful soul, graciously passed away Monday, September 6 th , 2021, at 71 years old, after losing her battle with cancer, and is now a beautiful angel soaring high with God. She was born in Waibligen, Germany, to her beloved parents, Nikolaus Spildener (deceased) and Katharina (Marx) Spildener.  Alfred was the beloved husband to Ursula, loving mother of Stefanie Maria and Ursula Katharina. Sibling to Annie Burian, (deceased), Hans Spildener (deceased) & Wife, Sharon Filka (deceased), Roland Spildener and Bettina Montgomery (Spildener) & husband, Simon Montgomery. Tante (Aunt) to Carrie Burian Luckas & husband, Jim Luckas, Jamie Spildener, Nikki Spildener, Holly Spildener, Jeremy Spildener, Jonathan Spildener (deceased), Paul Spildener, Erika Cochran (Spildener) & husband, Mark Cochran, Angela Spildener and Great-Aunt to Jared Luckas.  She came to the United States at age 6 and met her true love 22 years later at the Kirchweih Festival at the German American Cultural Club in Cleveland, Ohio.  She had a love for music and was a member of the Jugend Choir & Banater Choir, in which she made many lifelong friends and cherished memories.  She loved dancing and having her husband twirl her around a dance floor. They were beautifully in sync with each other for all the days they shared together. I'd say she had a green thumb like her father, but she tried her best.  She learned to cook from her parents after multiple failed attempts at burning water. Her love for all children was abundant, filled her heart with joy and always put a smile on her face. She was remarkably selfless, tender, genuine, one-of-a-kind, and loving to all, with the biggest heart and an endless love to share. Her true joy was her family, and her smile could brighten up a room.  She made sure you knew you were always loved by her. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten, for she will live in our hearts forever. Our guardian angel will be watching over all of us… Until we meet again.

Celebration Of Her Life will be held at a later date.
