Tyffany Nicole (Brittain) Sodhi passed away on Sunday October 27 2019 after a 4.5 year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Mark Sodhi and her daughter Kiersten, age 6, her parents, Jim and Beverly, and her brother Justin.

We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our families, friends and neighbors who have walked this journey with us.

Tyffany was born in Clearwater, FL, December 15 1980 and moved with her family to Valrico, Fl in 1989.  She graduated from Tampa Bay Technical High School in 1999, where she had studied Physical Therapy and played clarinet in the school band.  She attended Hillsborough Community College on a full scholarship and graduated from the University of North Florida with a degree in Public Health.  She continued her education at the University of South Florida, graduating with a degree in Elementary/Special Education.  Her love for teaching and helping others began in Hillsborough County in August of 2008 and she continued teaching pre-kindergarten special needs children through May 2019.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview, FL with burial to follow at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park.
