Trevor Ian Baizan, 25, of Valrico Florida, passed away on March 30, 2019 in Tampa.

Trevor was born in Pithiviers, France to Remy and Jillian Baizan on September 24, 1993.

He spent his early years in Mumbai, India, then moved to Florida in 1999 where he attended school at Alafia Elementary, Burns Middle, and Bloomingdale High School.  Trevor went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at University of South Florida.  He was recently accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale Florida, and was planning to start classes May 20, 2019.  Trevor worked at Tampa General Hospital in their Injury Prevention Team.

He played bass guitar in the band Smakk, regularly playing gigs at Brandon area venues.  Trevor became engaged to Florisel Santillan in February 2019.

Trevor was kind hearted, generous, loved animals and loved music. He has left a void in our lives that will never be filled.

Trevor is survived by his brother Nathan, parents Remy and Jillian, and fiancé Florisel.

A memorial service will be held at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park on Monday, April 8 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to St Francis Society Animal Rescue, Tampa Fl or The Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center.
