Rutland, Tracy D., 46, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle, entered into rest on July 8, 2013. He is a lifelong resident of the Tampa area. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ovelle and James Rutland. Tracy is survived by his loving family, wife of 17 years, Karen; son, Jesse (Kayla) Rutland; granddaughter, Alayna Rutland; siblings, Ilona Willett, Yolanda Bailey, Mark Rutland, Joel Rutland, Shannon (Johnny) Lynn and Geoffery (Dorothy) Rutland; and an extended loving family. There will be a funeral service on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at 11:00 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a visitation one hour prior. He will be laid to rest at Hillsboro Memorial Gardens.
