Tracey Annette Halliday, 45 , of Tampa, passed away on June 26, 2019 after courageous battle with cancer.

Tracey spent her life on care of mentally and physically challenged individuals. Over the years of her dedicated service to others she forged many life long relationships. Outspoken advocate for her clients' needs , she was soft and caring . Tracey will be truly missed by her "extended family" on Freesia Court.

She is survived by her husband Greg, her sons, Jeffrey Wingo and Thomas Halliday.

Her father James Wingo  and his wife Ali. Her brothers James Wingo Jr (Angie), Nick Wingo (Lisa), Frank Wingo (Jennifer), numerous nieces and nephews and 2 dogs Goldie and Mister.
