Mr. Tiwari Maraj, 84 years old, died peacefully on January 31, 2021, died at his home with his family surrounding him. He was born in Georgetown, Guyana on March 13, 1936, son of the late Mr. Ragunandan Maraj and Mrs. Sookia Maraj. He is survived by his spouse Mrs. Patricia Ann Maraj, 4 sons: Gerardo (Claire), Gerald (Rabeeka), Gerard (Indrawattie), Rabindra Har (Rohini), 6 daughters: Gerardette (David), Geralyn (Late Suresh), Gerriann (Alexandro), Geraldine (Steve), Gerarda (Rajendra), Carol (Neil), 13 grandsons: Raymond, Francis, Nicholas, Kevin, Dominik, Mark, Christopher, Anthony, Damien, Kevon, Andrew, Nicholas, Adam, 5 granddaughters: Christine, Shania, Arianna, Jessica, Narissa and 3 great grandchildren: Aaliyah Maraj, Tiwari Anthony Maraj (Bizzi) and Deanna Maryann Otero. Mr. Tiwari Maraj graduated from North Carolina State University with an AAS Degree in Poultry Science and then served in the Ministry of Agriculture in Guyana for 40 years as a Livestock Officer. He migrated to the state of Florida in the United States of America and attended DG Erwin Technology Center, where he earned a Certificate in Basic "EKG Dysrhythmias/Management" and worked as a Telemetry Technician at Brandon Regional Hospital for 19 years where he retired in February, 2012. Funeral Service will be held at 01:00pm on Tuesday, February 9, 2021, at Serenity Meadows, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 36579. Due to the current Covid 19 Pandemic, this funeral is only for immediate family. We would like to thank extended families, friends, colleagues and all who had the pleasure of knowing and meeting our father, Mr. Tiwari Maraj for their condolences and prayers.
