In Loving Memory of Timothy Gudzinski (1938–2025)

Timothy Francis Gudzinski, age 86, of Tampa, FL passed away peacefully on January 26, 2025. Born on December 4, 1938, in Detroit, MI, Tim led a full and meaningful life deeply rooted in family, hard work, and his love of animals and plants.

A longtime Miami native, he met and wed the love of his life Jeanne in 1959. Together, they shared almost 40 years and five beautiful children together before Jeanne's passing in 1998. In 2001, Tim fell in love and married his second wife Carole.

Tim is survived by his sister, Jeannine Gerard; his four daughters, Christine, Patricia, Lisa, and Debbie; 17 adoring grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Tim will be remembered as a hardworking man with a goofy sense of humor and a heartwarming laugh. Whether he was teaching his grandchildren about his plants and animals or reminiscing about his Detroit and Miami upbringings, he gave his family many lessons in resilience, integrity, and the beauty of simple joys.

A celebration of Tim's life will be held on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home in Riverview, FL.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local animal shelter to honor Tim's lifelong dedication to caring for animals in need.

Tim's legacy will continue to grow in the lives of those he touched. May he rest in peace, forever surrounded by the nature he adored.
