Thomas James Krayer Sr , born May 15, 1947, died peacefully at home on May 19, 2025, surrounded by his loving family in Riverview, Florida.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Brenda (nee Wance), his adored children; Thomas J Krayer Jr (Nikki), Jennifer Krayer , Michael Krayer (Christina), and Dana Clapso (Michael). He is also survived by his 6 cherished grandchildren; Anthony Ruch, Shelby Ruch, Thomas J Krayer III (TJ), Henry Krayer, Michael Clapso Jr., and William Clapso, as well as his siblings; Anthony C (Tony) Krayer III, Michael Ann (Mike) Hoffner, Dorothe M (Marti) Patterson, and Patrick Krayer (Joan).

Thomas was preceded in death by his beloved parents; Anthony C Krayer Jr and Dorothe M Krayer, his brother; David Krayer, and his son; Joseph David Krayer.

Born in White Plains, New York, Tom had a deep love of adventure that began in his youth and continued throughout his life. As a teen he spent many hours in the pool and was an accomplished swimmer at Riviera Beach High School. He later studied Criminal Justice at Palm Beach Community College. He proudly served his country after voluntarily joining the Army and would go on to serve two tours in Viet Nam. Later he was stationed in Germany where he enjoyed the opportunity to travel throughout Europe. He ultimately made his home in South Florida. Settling in Lake Worth, where he retired from Palm Beach County's Department of Facilities Development and Operations after 25 years as a security officer. Tom was an avid reader and baseball fan and loved his Atlanta Braves.

A wake will be held on June 5th from 6-8 pm at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park Funeral Home (6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578). A funeral Mass will take place at Resurrection Catholic Church (6819 Krycul Ave, Riverview, FL 33578) on June 6th at 10 am, followed by burial at 12:30 pm with military honors at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

Thomas will be deeply missed and forever remembered by those who loved him.
