Harltey, Thomas Courtland, born on November 19, 1953, passed away on October 26, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was a loving father and family man. Thomas is survived by his daughter, Jessica Rivas and her husband, Jose; granddaughter, Sophia; sister, Connie Fassett and her husband, Larry; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Hartley; and father, Thomas Hartley.
