Church, Thomas A, 66, of Brandon, passed away on May 7, 2018. Thomas proudly served in the US Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, car racing, and collecting antique cars. He worked for Bay Ford for 18 years, he then went on to work for Ring Power and retired after 24 years. He is preceded in death by his sister, Betty Cutlip. Thomas is survived by his loving family, wife of 42 years, Lana Sowards; son, Lorne (Sandra) Church; brothers, Bob (Angela) Church and Bill Church; sister, Mary Rhodes; and grandchildren, Arianna, Melina, and Logan. There will be a memorial gathering on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a service at 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org
