Smalling, Theo Alexander, 22, of Tampa, passed away on October 26, 2009. Theo is survived by his loving family, mother, Shelley George; father, Carl Smalling; stepmother, Jennifer Smalling; brothers, Rudy and Markington; grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. Philip George; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a niece. There will be a visitation on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 1:30 pm at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 4950 Bell Shoals Road, Valrico.
