Collins, The Rev. Dr. Leo B, 71, of Valrico, FL, passed away on November 23, 2012. He devoted his life to his calling as a minister. He was predeceased by his wife Bernice. Leo is survived by his loving family, a son, Bruce; daughter, Lee; a sister, Patricia Phillips; grandsons, Craig and Christopher, and great-granddaughters, Hannah and Emma and many loving family members and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
