Born August 18, 1955, Terry A. Cliburn passed away on May 1, 2019 at the age of 63.  He fought a two and a half year battle with acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.  He was preceded in death by his father, Roger R. Cliburn and his sister, Patty.  He is survived by his mother Mina Cliburn; his loving children: Ashley (Matt), Courtney, Tyler, Alyssa and Cami; he is also survived by his siblings: Kathy (David), Steven (Lynn) and Lisa (David).

Terry was an avid family man and did everything within his power to make sure his children never went without.  He was an outstanding judge of character and had the ability to make anyone he met want to become friends.  His passions, aside from his children, were fishing, refurbishing antique fishing reels, and loved his collection of guns, which he also refurbished by hand.  Terry was a huge talker and if he was able to get anyone to listen, he would tell anyone and everyone about how much he loved his kids.  His work was also a huge passion of his and the company he started with at 18 was also the one he ended with.  High Reach 2 LLC became more like family the longer he worked there.  They have stayed in touch with all the children and checked in on them consistently throughout these past couple of years.  We are forever grateful.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 3:00pm on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, Riverview, FL with the family receiving friends one hour prior from 2:00-3:00pm.
