Tara was born in Clearwater, FL. and lived most of her life in Tampa/Brandon area. She was born to Charles & Laura (Specht) Hackenberg. Tara worked in the retail/customer service field, but her passion was animals and nature. Living life to the fullest through simple pleasures was Tara's way. She loved fishing and just spending time with friends and family. Tara had the ability to reach out to people in deep and meaningful way.

She is survived by her parent Charles & Laura (Specht) Hackenberg. Children Ashton Harter (17), Aliyah Harter (14), and Braydon Harter (11).  Brother Sean Hackenberg, Sister Jessica (Hackenberg) Moore. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.

Family and friends are invited to her celebration of life on Dec. 17th from 1-3pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home 6919 Providence Rd. Riverview, FL. 33578.
