Benninghaus, Suzanne E., 78, of Tampa, passed away on July 6, 2014. Suzanne was born in Penrith, England on August 15, 1935 to Eva Mary and William Robertshaw Siddle. She was a strong swimmer on the Penrith Swim Team She studied nursing at Mt. Sinai, where she earned her degree. She dedicated her life to nursing: delivering babies in Penrith, Engalnd, working on a Psychiatric ward, and on the Burn Unit at Tampa General Hospital. Although she enjoyed swimming and singing in the choir at St. Cecilia's, she lived every second of her life for her family and was such a blessing to each one of them. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Benninghaus. Suzanne is survived by her loving family, children, Paul, Karen, David (Wendi), Michael, and Amy (James); brother, John (Sandra); grandchildren, Billy, Tony, Kendal, and Trevor; great-grandchildren, Carien Marie, Maylyn, Emily, Brody, Jayme, Cameron, and Zoey; niece and nephew, Dawn (Marcus) and Dale (Lauren); and great-nieces and nephew, Lucas, Lucia, Kati and Gracie. There will be a memorial service on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral, with a visitation one hour prior.
