Waters, Stephen J., 39, of Gibsonton, passed away on February 20, 2017. He was a devoted son, husband, brother and uncle. He enjoyed listening to live music, spending time outdoors, and meeting new people. Stephen is survived by his loving family, wife, Catherine; parents, Charlene and Hershell Waters; step-parents, Rose and David Wampler; sisters, Cassandra (Clifford) Thibeault, Laini Waters, and Maria Waters. Stephen was taken too soon from his family, but they will always remember him as a free spirit. A Celebration of Stephen's life will be announced at a later date.
