Phillips, Stephen D. "Behr", 46, of Valrico, passed away on October 10, 2013. Stephen was born in Athens, GA and raised in Monroe, GA and Spartanburg, SC. He was a friend to everyone he met. Stephen is survived by his loving family, partner, Brad; son, Taylor; parents, Dianne and Danny; brother, Greg; niece, Katie; and nephew, DJ. There will be a visitation on Saturday, October 19, 2013 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 pm.
