Miyoshi, SMSGT Edwin Hunt (Ret), 77, of Seffner passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, 6919 Providence Road, Riverview, FL 33578. He was born November 3, 1937 in New York City, to Yataro and Anna Miyoshi. He graduated from Bloomfield High School in NJ in 1955 and enlisted in the United States Air Force. During his 28 years of service, he was awarded numerous Air Force meritorious service medals and commendations including two Bronze Stars and five Oak Leaf Clusters. He was a member of Wat Mongkolrata Temple, Tampa FL. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mali, sons; Edwin Jr (Patricia) of Hopewell Jct., NY, Somchai Miyoshi, at home, Chard (Amanda) Miyoshi of Valrico and daughters Catherine Miyoshi-Miller (Kevin) of North Hanover, NJ, Mary Campanella (Stephen) of Farmingdale, NY and Arissara Miyoshi (Robert Dedios) of Portland, Oregon, brother Frank Miyoshi, of Leland, NC and sisters Audrey Yeager, Haws River, NC and Mary Cole, of Atlantic Beach, NC, and nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
