Waters, Shirley Byrd, 81, of Brandon, passed away on March 16, 2017. Shirley was a loving mother and grandmother who had a strong will and a soft heart. She is preceded in death by her husband, John Waters, parents, Wilbur and Katherine Byrd; brothers, Buford, Howard, and James Byrd. Shirley is survived by her loving family, sons, Darryl (Joni) Waters, and Mark (Blair) Waters; and grandchildren, Heather, Alexa, Justin, Zane, and Veroniqua. There will be a Celebration of Shirley's Life on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
