Newlin, Sherry Teresa Phillips, 36, passed away on March 23, 2012. She was a lifelong resident of the Ruskin/Apollo Beach area. She loved walking on the beach and boating. She is survived by her loving family, husband, Troy Newlin; sons, Kenneth Riley a.k.a Riley and Troy Newlin, Jr. a.k.a T.J.; parents, Amy and Chuck Phillips; brothers, Chuck (Kim) Phillips and Jeff (Brandi) Phillips; sister, Amy Beth (Jason) Miller; grandparents, Charles and Gertrude Phillips and Jack and Helen Ouzman.
