Ms. Sharon Taylor Rogers passed peacefully under hospice care on April 2nd in Tampa, Fl. at the age of 66.

Sharon is survived by her daughter, Chantel McQuay, Charles Robinson (Felicia), David Taylor (Bonnie), Bruce Taylor (Loretta), Ray Milton, siblings, all of which reside in St. Petersburg and Orlando Fl. She is preceded in death by her Mother Estelle Taylor of Panama City, Florida, Father John Henry Taylor of Vero Beach, FL and daughter Kasha Groves of Acworth, Ga.

Sharon was born on December 4th, 1958, in Vero Beach, FL to John Henry and Estelle Taylor. She graduated from St Petersburg College in 1978 with a degree in Accounting and Finance. She married Mack Major, her high school sweetheart an airplane engineer in 1979 But later remarried James Rogers in 1989. After moving to Atlanta, Ga., Sharon began working for AT&T for many years then went to work for Bank of America and Chase Bank working as a team leader in finance.

Sharon was an active and dedicated member of the Champions Life Church in Ruskin FL, Greater Community COGIC , Marietta, Ga. and Cathedral of Faith COGIC Atlanta, Ga.

A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for 11:00am on Monday April 14th at Champions Life Church, Apostle Deondrick Douglas will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Sharon's life.
