Sandra L Schlindwein, 82, of Lithia, Florida, passed away on July 19, 2025. She was born on February 20, 1943 in Peru, Illinois to Leonard Dirkes and Iren (Brasi) Dirkes.

She married Philip Schlindwein on August 7, 1965. He survives her as well as her daughter, Jennifer Vest (Ferlin), her son, Robert (Lisa) Schlindwein, her grandsons, Cody (Sami) Davis and Dawson (Dylanis) Schlindwein, granddaughters, Erica(Isaac)Netzer and Taylor (Holden) Godwin, and her sister, Mary (Wayne) Loveday.

Sandra thoroughly enjoyed working in her craft room. She made all sorts of greeting cards, especially Christmas Cards.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Sandra on Monday, August 25 from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home (6919 Providence Rd., Riverview, FL 33578) with a Rosary Service beginning at 2:30 pm.
