Barlow, Sandra L., 69, of Brandon, passed away on October 11, 2011. She was a lifelong resident of Florida, a parishioner at St. Stephen Catholic Church, a volunteer at Brandon Regional Hospital and a supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness. She enjoyed shopping, cooking and orchids; and was known as the family cheerleader. She is survived by her loving family, husband of 51 years, James R. Barlow; sons, Douglas Barlow and his fianc Debi Gross and William Barlow and his wife Jennifer; daughter, Debra Barlow; brother, Robert Jaggears; and three grandchildren. There will be a visitation on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home, with a funeral service at 3:00 pm.
