Flaco Samuel Incle, 75, of Riverview, Florida, passed away on September 10th, 2023. He was a very family-oriented and loving man.

Flaco is survived by his children Brenda Cunane (spouse Brian Cunane Sr), Ana Artiles (spouse Carlos Artiles), Mari Incle (spouse Keith Collins), as well as his grandchildren Jasmine Incle-Royal (spouse Robert Royal), Samuel Chinea, Jenesis Sanchez, Briana Cunane, Brian Cunane Jr, and great-grandchildren Xavior Royal, Julianna Royal, Amaya Chinea, and Gekyume Onfroy.

He is also survived by the mother of of his children, Minerva Ortiz and siblings Gloria, Willie and Juan Incle.

He accomplished a lot in life with receiving a Bachelors Degree from World University of Puerto Rico and an Associates Degree from Ramirez Commercial Jr College in Puerto Rico.

Flaco served in both the US Coast Guard (1967-1971) and US Navy (1975-1976) dedicating his life to protecting our country. After his military service, he pursued a career as an Auto Body Repairer. Also owned his own shop. In his spare time, Flaco enjoyed horse racing, finding excitement and joy in the sport and loved being at the tracks ! He also trained professional boxers in Ybor City Gym.

A ceremony to honor Flaco's life will be held on September 23, 2023, at Serenity Meadows in Riverview, Florida. The compassionate staff at Serenity Meadows funeral home is assisting the family during this difficult time.

Flaco Samuel Incle will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched. May he rest in peace.
