George, Roy, 91, of Brandon, FL, passed away on April 6, 2014. He was born on December 2, 1922 in Logan, WV. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marjorie George. He is survived by his sons, Greg (Trisha) George, Jeff (Robin) George, and daughter, Lynda (Allen) McClure; grandchildren, Shaunessy, Heather, Christopher, Alyssya, Destiny, Rayne, Brook-Lynne, Brandie, Kyle, Tyler and Garrett; great-grandchildren, Caitlin, Daylon, Tayla, Olivia, Kinsley and Kingston; and niece, Sandra Bigler. Roy was an Ironworker in Toledo, OH when he met Marjorie, and the two of them moved their family to Florida in 1956. Later Roy went to work for Miami Extruders selling aluminum extrusions and found his true calling, sales. He continued selling extrusions until his retirement in 1990 from Alumax. Roy was a loving father and grandfather, and will be truly missed. There will be a committal service on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Serenity Meadows Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to LifePath Hospice.
