She is predeceased by: her parents; brother, Junior; sister, Leora. She is survived by: her loving husband of 42 years, Edward; sons, Eddie Kostelnik (Cindy), Timothy Kostelnik (Whitney), and Troy B. Kostelnik; daughter, Tammy I. Ambrus (Zoltan); Brothers, Raymond, Larry, Jimmy, Danny, Mike, and Russell; sisters, Maxine, Janet, Dee, Kelly, and Randa; step-mother, Jean Brothers; nine grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild.
