Wigfall, Rosa Esther, 74, of Tampa, passed away on October 21, 2015. Rosa retired from the HCSO where she worked as a nurse. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Martin Wigfall. Rosa is survived by her loving family, children, Charles, Lisa, Michael, Maxine, and Aziz; sister, Meri Jaine; brother, Roosevelt; grandchildren, Aaron, Kiana, Joy, and Kayla; goddaughter, Eunice; and a host of family and friends. There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at 10:00 am at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
