Ronald E. "Ron" Decelles, 76, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. Born on January 30, 1949, in Central Falls, Rhode Island, Ron married his high school sweetheart, Linda. They raised three children in Smithfield, RI before moving to Valrico, FL to be closer to family.

Ron was a dedicated father and husband throughout his entire life. He spent many years providing for his family in his career managing operations for various supermarkets and grocery distributors. Later in life, Ron became a successful small business owner, running a title insurance company for over 10 years before retiring. He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife and family, playing games and cards with his friends and grandchildren, watching sports and movies, and tending to his flowers. Ron was ever-present in his family's life, whether it be tending to projects around the house, making crafts with his wife, or attending his children's, and later grandchildren's, sporting or school events, you could always count on him being there.

Ron is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Linda; his beloved sons and their spouses, Eric & Kelly Decelles and Scott & Kristen Decelles. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tamara. Ron was a proud and devoted "Popi" to five grandchildren that he dearly loved: Gabriella, Trenten, Allison, Logan, and Victoria.

Ron requested that he be remembered in prayer.
