Otero, Roberto, 73, of Riverview, passed away on March 26, 2008. He is survived by his loving family; wife, Mercedes; daughters, Marta Medina, V. Liz (Eusebio) Nieves, and Lydia Pizarro; sister, Conchita Gutierrez; eight granddaughters, one grandson, and five great-grandchildren. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Sunday, March 30, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Serenity Meadows Funeral Home.
