MACKEY, Robert, 86, of Tampa, passed away on December 11, 2014 at Tampa General Hospital. He was an award-winning radio and TV broadcaster in West Palm Beach and Tampa. As a Jehovah's Witness, he dedicated his life to serving God and encouraging others. His recorded bible reading can be heard on jw.org. He was instrumental in starting the TGH bloodless medicine and surgery program. Bob was an avid golfer who graced us with his keen wit and sense of humor. He and his wife, Ginny, were a devoted couple for 64 years. Bob was loved and will be sorely missed. A memorial service will be held at 3pm on Saturday, Dec. 20 at the Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses; 1904 N. Frontage Rd, Plant City, FL. Exit 22 Park Rd.
