Danis, Robert L., 86, of Valrico, formerly of Woodbrook Estates in Lakeland, passed away on July 29, 2012. Robert was a member of the American Legion and VFW in Lakeland. He enjoyed fishing, dancing and going to the casino. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara. Robert is survived by his loving family, sons, Robert J. (Linda) Danis and William E. Danis; daughters, Lynn (Dominic) Kazwell and Michele (Beth) Repp-Danis; brother, Donald (Arlene) Danis; sister, Marilyn Milligan; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made a local hospice.
