Robert Roy Cain, 62, passed away on February 19, 2026.
Robert honorably served his country in the United States Navy for eight years. Following his military service, he built a dedicated professional career, most recently working with Jacobs Engineering and serving as a consultant with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). He was respected for his strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence.
Above all, Robert was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and son. His greatest pride and joy was his family. He will be remembered for his steady presence, his loyalty, and the deep love he had for those closest to
Robert is preceded in death by his father, Albert Harlow Cain, and his brother, Randy Cain.
Robert is survived by his devoted wife of 38 years, Tamera "Tami" Cain. He leaves behind his beloved daughters, Ashley Brooks (Steven) and Alyssa Cain, Katelyn Cain. He was a proud and loving grandfather to Ayslynn and Sheamus. He is also survived by his mother, Patricia Luke, and stepfather, Bud Luke, along with many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
