Robert "Bob" Howard Terry Jr., 73, of Melbourne, FL, passed away on November 24, 2015 in Riverview, FL. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm, Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the Harbor City Masonic Lodge, 1715 Avacado Ave, Melbourne, FL 32935. He graduated from Melbourne High School and served in the US Army then pursued a career in the Space Industry for 44 years. On June 3, 1966 he married the former Patricia Ann Jones in Dallas, Texas. Bob worked for the United Space Alliance on the Space Shuttle Recovery Crew. Bob retired in 2004 to travel the United States. Bob was active in the community as a member of the Scottish Rite, the Shriners and also a member of the Masonic Lodge for 49 years. He also enjoyed traveling, automobile racing, fishing and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Bob is survived by his sons, Robert Howard Terry III and his wife Amy of Orlando, FL, Edward Benjamin Terry and his wife Alicia of Riverview, FL and three grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan and Luke, his sister Ruth Hunter of Orlando, FL and his wife Patricia Ann Terry of 49 years.
